Jackson Peng

CEO/Co-Founder

As CEO/Founder, Jackson has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and product development. He started his career in technical product development, moving up to the top leadership position in the factory through hard work and by earning the respect of his peers. He is a consummate problem-solver, always eager for a challenge with a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” attitude.
Susan Zhou

COO/Co-Founder

Susan started as a factory merchandiser later promoted to management due to her pleasant people skills in working with famous brand partners, acute attention to detail, and having a consistent eye for quality. She manages Operations and Finances from our Dongguan, China Research & Development Center.
Kevin McHugh

EVP of Business Development

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Kevin has lived and worked in Asia for the last 30 years. He was one of the first westerners to enter Shenzhen University to immerse himself in the opening of the Special Economic Zone. Since completing his studies, Kevin has gained extensive experience in both cut & sew as well as plastic injection molding. His primary role is to oversee customer service in China.
Michael Selin

EVP of Global Sales

With more than 30 years of experience as a rep. for Asian factories, Michael has a reputation in the industry for friendly leadership and fast, accurate recommendations. He has a B.S in Business from Cheng Kung University in Taiwan where he studied Chinese and lived for 15 years.
Robert Teskey

VP Sales/Marketing

An industry veteran, Robert has spent over 25 years career building world-class product teams in Asia for companies like Nike Cycling, Specialized Bikes, and Smith Optics. His vast experience with global sourcing helps drive GC’s Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives across our supply chain bringing added value throughout.
Steven Xu

R/D Manager

With 30+ years working on bags, packs, and equipment, Steven brings a sharp eye and strong attention to detail helping insure timely sample development and delivery. He also oversees a dedicated team of merchandisers supporting clear, simple communication with brand partners on their projects.
